5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (herbal consumables and diagnostic kits), we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival or faulty. Digital products and health programmes are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. For issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments for consultations or health coaching may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a charge or forfeiture.

Our testing kits are intended for personal wellness use only and should not replace professional medical testing or treatment. We are certified practitioners working directly with laboratories for processing results; however, we do not act as diagnostic laboratories ourselves.
